Jovanna Wealth · Licensed Financial Professionals

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026
Jovanna Wealth ("we," "us," or "our") is a team of licensed financial professionals, including Financial Advisors and CFP® practitioners, working in association with our broker-dealer. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who We Are

Jovanna Wealth is a team of independently licensed financial professionals, which may include Financial Advisors and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioners. We are associated with World Financial Group, member FINRA/SIPC, through which securities are offered.

We do not charge fees for the educational content, consultations, or guidance offered through this website. If you choose to implement a financial product as a result of working with us, we may receive compensation from World Financial Group's marketing or distribution budget, rather than directly from you. This arrangement is described in more detail in How We Use It below.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message details submitted through our contact form or scheduling requests.
  • Newsletter and download information — your name and email address when you subscribe to our blog newsletter or request a free digital guide, checklist, or other resource.
  • Automatically collected information — including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on our site, gathered through standard web server logs and analytics tools.
  • Information from third-party tools — such as advertising and analytics platforms (see "Cookies & Analytics" below).

We do not collect Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive financial account information through this website. Any such information is only ever exchanged through secure, direct channels after a relationship has been established.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • Deliver free guides, checklists, or other digital resources you request
  • Send our blog newsletter and occasional educational content, if you've subscribed
  • Schedule and prepare for consultations
  • Improve our website's content, layout, and performance
  • Understand how visitors find and use our site
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not charge you for our consultations or educational content; where compensation applies, it is paid to us by our affiliated broker-dealer from their marketing budget when you choose to implement a financial product, not collected directly from you.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand visitor behavior and measure the effectiveness of our content. Specifically, we use:

  • Google Analytics — to understand site traffic, visitor demographics, and how people navigate our pages.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver relevant content to visitors on Meta platforms.

These tools may place cookies in your browser and collect data such as your IP address and browsing activity on our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain site functionality. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage how Meta uses your data through your Meta Ad Preferences.

Newsletter & Free Resources

When you subscribe to our blog newsletter or download a free guide, checklist, or other digital resource, we collect your name and email address. We use this information to deliver the requested resource, send periodic newsletter content, and share educational material relevant to financial planning.

We use a third-party email service provider, [e.g., Mailchimp / ConvertKit / Flodesk], to manage subscriptions and send communications. That provider processes your information on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy practices.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out of newsletter communications at any time without affecting any other relationship with our firm. Unsubscribing from the newsletter will not delete information already provided to us through other means, such as a contact form inquiry.

Blog Comments

If you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the name, email address, and any content you submit with the comment, along with your IP address to help us detect spam. Your name and comment text are displayed publicly on the post; your email address is never published.

We use a third-party comment and spam-filtering tool, [e.g., Akismet / WordPress Discussion], to help screen submissions before they appear. Comments are moderated, and we reserve the right not to publish any comment.

Please avoid including sensitive personal or financial details in a public comment. If you'd like a comment removed, contact us using the information below.

Media & Embedded Content

If you upload images to our site, please avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to our site can download and extract any location data from images on the site.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, infographics, or articles) from other websites. Embedded content from other sites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited that other website directly. These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Where we embed video content (for example, from YouTube or Vimeo), we use privacy-conscious embed settings where available, but visiting a page with embedded content may still result in data collection by that third-party platform, governed by its own privacy policy.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our website, host data, or deliver analytics, under obligations to protect your information.
  • Regulatory or legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements
  • Opt out of certain data processing, including analytics and advertising cookies

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable financial industry recordkeeping regulations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults seeking financial guidance and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
